- Shipping costs – there are none since this is delivery of a digital product
- Order processing time – orders are processed as soon as they are received. You will receive a confirmation email from BookFunnel with the book’s title in the subject line and a download link and code.
- What to do if you have problems downloading the file? The confirmation email has full instructions for how to download the file and who to contact if you have problems.
